Jodi Ansel has worked in international development for 25+ years, specializing in program operations, grants management, and administration. As Administrative Manager for Global Health, she is responsible for pre- and post-award management of a portfolio of domestic and international grants and contracts. She monitors all financial aspects and sponsor requirements of awards, with a focus on international subcontracts. Jodi provides technical assistance on best practices for the financial management of MGH Global Health’s contract and grants with our in-country grants management collaborators and principal investigators.
Before coming to MGH, Jodi worked at the home office of Pathfinder International, a US-based, international NGO dedicated to sexual and reproductive health and rights. She was a technical specialist for program systems, serving as a resource for the organization’s development and use of program systems to promote quality management throughout the project life cycle. Jodi received a Bachelor in Business Administration from UMASS/Amherst.
