What attracted you to the MGH Global Medicine program?
I was seeking a program that would not just foster my passions but would also provide me with the tools to succeed in the ever-changing landscape of global health. The extra protected time specifically designed to be spent engaging in initiatives abroad was especially attractive.

As a resident here, what have you loved about the program?
Residency is a time of ultimate transition and the global medicine family provides me with a built-in community. This includes connections with colleagues who share similar interests and a breadth of opportunities to serve vulnerable communities nearby and further away.

How has the program prepared you to be a leader in global health?
The program continues to teach me how to be an adaptable leader, which is so important when working in contexts different than those I am accustomed to. The program additionally creates a culture of innovation and collaboration, which allows me to lead projects that align with my interests with the backing of a strong support network always guiding me.
