Juan Luis Santana is a Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, focusing on global pulmonology and artificial intelligence. Born in Boston and largely raised in the Dominican Republic, he completed medical school there in 2016 and earned his Master of Public Health from Harvard in 2023.

Before joining Massachusetts General Hospital, Juan Luis collaborated on research at the Harvard Kennedy School. He also served as the Coordinator of Analysis and Studies at the National Health Service of the Dominican Republic and taught Information Technology and Research Methods at O&M Medical School in the Dominican Republic.
